What’s included free vs Pro for the marketplace?
The core marketplace ships free: vendor registration, front-end product management, per-vendor commission rates, withdrawal requests and order notifications. Pro adds automated payout scheduling, per-vendor analytics dashboards, and supplier and dropshipping margin tracking.
How do vendor payouts work?
Vendors submit a withdrawal request and you approve and process it manually. With automated payouts, you can instead schedule payments weekly, biweekly or monthly, straight to a vendor’s Payoneer account or bank transfer, with a full payout history per vendor.
How does OTP fraud prevention work?
When a customer places an order, StoreEngine sends a one-time code by SMS or email. The order is only accepted once the customer enters the correct code, and failed attempts are logged automatically — unverified orders never reach fulfilment.
