Marketplace Setup

The Multi-Vendor add-on turns your store into a marketplace where independent sellers list their own products, fulfill their own orders, and earn money minus your commission.

Plan: Free + Pro (Beta)   Add-on: Multi-Vendor   Where: StoreEngine → Multi Vendors

Turn On Multi-Vendor

  1. Go to StoreEngine → Add-ons.
  2. Toggle on Multi-Vendor.

Note: Add the shortcode [storeengine_vendor_signup] to any WordPress page to show the signup form.

  • A single customer order can contain products from several vendors.
  • Each vendor sees and fulfills only their own items.

Troubleshooting

Problem

What to Check

Confirm [storeengine_vendor_signup] is on a published page and Allow vendor signup is on.

No Vendors menu

Make sure the Multi-Vendor add-on is switched on.

Vendor products are not visible

New vendor products start as pending — approve them under Vendors / Products.

Commission looks wrong on an order

Calculated at payment time with the rate in effect then; later changes do not rewrite history.
