StoreEngine now makes your eCommerce transition smoother than ever. With the StoreEngine Migration add-on, you can seamlessly migrate your WooCommerce products, orders, and coupons into the StoreEngine platform in just a few clicks.

Currently, this add-on supports migration from WooCommerce only. However, we’re working to expand support for more eCommerce platforms in future updates.

Before You Get Started:

Please ensure that the WooCommerce plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress site. Without it, the migration process will not work.

Step 1: Enable the Migration Tool Add-on

Enable the Migration Tool Add-on

To begin the migration process:

  1. Go to your StoreEngine Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Add-ons section.
  3. Enable the Migration Tool Add-on.

Once activated, you’re ready to access the migration options.

Step 2: Access the Migration Tool

Access the Migration Tool

  1. From the StoreEngine dashboard, head to the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the Migration tab.
  3. Here, you’ll find the WooCommerce Migration panel.

Note:

For best practice, always run the migration on a staging site before applying changes to your live store.

What Will Be Migrated?

When you run the migration, the following data will be transferred from WooCommerce to StoreEngine:

  1. All Products (including Simple and Variable products)
  2. All Active Coupons
  3. All Orders (including Refunds and related data)

Step 3: Run the Migration

  1. Click on Run Migration.
  2. A confirmation prompt will appear — review and click Confirm to proceed.

(You can also cancel the process at this stage if needed.)

Run the Migration

  1. StoreEngine will now begin migrating your data. This may take a few moments depending on your store size.

Once completed, you’ll see a success message confirming your data has been migrated successfully.

After Migration: Next Steps

After the migration is complete and you’ve confirmed everything is working correctly in StoreEngine, you can safely deactivate the WooCommerce plugin and start fully managing your store with StoreEngine.

You’re All Set!

That’s it! You’ve successfully migrated your WooCommerce store to StoreEngine using the Migration Tool add-on.

We’re continuously working to support additional platforms in the near future, so stay tuned for updates!
